The 90-day guarantee

You have 90 days from the delivery date to return your mask for a full refund of what you paid. You do not need to give a reason, and it can be used — trying it is the point.

How to start a return

Email [[CONFIRM: support email]] with your order number and say you want to return it. We will send you a return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have those.

When you get your money back

Once your return reaches us we issue the refund within [[CONFIRM: 3-5]] business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5-10 business days to show it.

What is not refundable

• Shipping Protection, once the order has shipped.
• Free gifts — you do not need to return them and they have no cash value.
• Returns started more than 90 days after delivery.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it free or refund you in full, your choice. You do not need to send the faulty one back.

Cancelling an order

We can cancel any order before it ships. Email us as soon as you can.
