Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States.

Cost: Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [[CONFIRM: 1-3]] business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs can add time.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within [[CONFIRM: 5]] business days, email us and we will find out where it is.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it is not there, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will replace it or refund it. Shipping Protection, if you added it at checkout, covers this at no further cost.

Wrong address

We can change a shipping address only before the order ships. Email us immediately if you entered the wrong one. Once it has shipped we cannot reroute it.
